Comfrey and Arnica Salve
Tried and true, this is the salve that started it all! Back in 2024 my dad experienced a baker's cyst on the back of his knee which was making it really hard to walk. He was also concerned that the pain felt worse than normal in a way that it might cause a serious lasting injury. But with deadlines ahead and winter coming, he felt he had to keep working to finish building a house and barn.
He says the comfrey salve helped immensely, and he was able to recover faster and keep working without sustaining devastating overuse injuries as he had feared.
When I share this salve people often tell me their pain just faded away without them noticing, then suddenly they remembered it, and it was gone!
I've even had pro athletes say the salve really made a difference for them, and they've bought it!
